I saw the discussions about this on Twitter - really, it's beyond a joke when a someone working for a local authority communications department doesn't bother to learn even the basics of email etiquette and best practice. Revealing other people's email addresses in this way is a gross breach of privacy. And then not to respond when you complained. Pathetic. Absolutely agree.
