getting your business known for one or two things  done to exceptional standard is a good way to stand out. For example “the best fried breakfast in town” or “we guarantee all food sourced locally” and so on. 

These may be simple things, in some respects, but they can help a business to stand apart from the the ‘me-toos’ in the trade.
