Funding to pay for business advice

If you're thinking about getting some business mentoring, strategic advice and support for your business, there's a grant to help pay for my help in developing your business.

Train to Gain

Train to Gain have a grant called Management and Learning and quite a few of my clients have been able to get funding to pay for my services under this scheme.

You have to have at least 2 employees, although one or more of them can be directors of the company. Train to Gain will match your money up to £1000, which is a great deal. So if you were going to spend £1000 on business advice, you'll get £500 back, and if you were going to spend £2000 you'd get £1000 back.

Talk to me if you'd like details of who to speak to for the fast track and what to say, as the rules are a little complicated.

Update - this grant will disappear if you don't get in by February 2012, so do act quickly.

Not sure yet?

. If you're not sure that you're at exactly the right stage, why don't we get together for a coffee and chat first, and then you can think about the grant.

Other things you can use this for

Obviously, I'm telling you this so that you can afford to make an investment in the business support and mentoring I provide so that your business grows and flourishes. However, if there's a different sort of consultancy you want to use, these grants can be used for other people as well. Just thought I'd be clear.
